Yoga, Breathwork and Ayurveda for holistic health

This is me, last year, on top of the Hoba meteorite in the middle of the Namibian desert. It is the largest known intact meteorite with more than 60 tons and came down to earth around 80.000 years ago.
Powerful shit, honestly.
Experiences like this make we wonder, make me curious for more, make my mind travel to far away places in this (and other) universe and bring up beautiful reflections, here‘s one I’d like to share with you:

✨ When you look up to the stars in a clear night, when you basically gaze back in time because the light we see is a product of long gone hydrogen fusion, and you think of the cold in between the starts, how empty the universe is, how rare matter is in comparison to the never ending nothingness, that the distance to the sun, it’s radiation, the combination of the elements, the magnetic field, Jupiter’s gravitational protection, the place in the galaxy, the existence of precious fluid water all contribute to make the wonder life happening and then, when you look at the fact that we haven’t found proof of extra terrestrial intelligence yet, two very contradictory things happen:

First you, humanity and the whole world with all it’s wonders seems so insignificant in the face of the universe, facing 13.8 billion years, you feel so small and so intimidated, and then, when you realize how seldom life actually is, you start to feel important, valuable, significant.

And with you realizing that, every single living thing, plants, microbes, animals and other humans are finally recognized as what they really are: unique miracles, just a blink of an eye in the life of a star, but rare, so rare, and so vulnerable.

Be humble, be loving, be grateful, be conscious. ✨
