Offering a union of Yoga, Healing Arts, Trekking, we explore the age-old culture of Nepal in Kathmandu. Followed by 7 days of trekking, we discover the majestic hills of the Nepali Himalayas on Mardi Himal trek up to 4.500 m. Arriving at our sanctuary site in Gahchok at the foothills of the Annapurna ranges, we experience the daily farm life in a traditional mountain village.

When was the last time you truly took a deep breath? 

In a 3 hour intensive workshop, you’ll go on a journey though your body using the breath as a tool to first access and later regulate your emotions, traumas and triggers. 

We can survive weeks without food, days without water but just a few minutes without oxygen. Breathing is the most important, yet the most unconscious thing we do. 

With Breathwork, you will not only escape chronic illnesses but improve sleep quaintly, concentration, sexual activity, general health, energy level and expand your body mind connection but also get a chance to tap deeper into your emotions hidden in between shallow breath and tensed up posture.

I will teach you to slow down, settle and calm your breath so your body steps back into the natural cycle of tapping into its own healing power to be calmer, more focused and successful in life.

Ayurveda is a holistic healing practice with the target to reach the optimum physical, mental, and emotional health. That includes a healthy and strong body, a happy mind, and a balanced lifestyle. Traditionally, ayurvedic treatment starts with an internal cleansing process, followed by carefully designed diet, herbal remedies, massage therapy, yoga, and meditation.

Ayurveda perceives the body as one. Modern medicine is great but often focuses more on treating the symptom instead of treating the cause, the root of the problem. The quick pill fixes the symptoms but doesn’t look at the root. The cause, often, lies in the belly. Or precise, the gut. We often tend to look at the more obvious life sustaining organs like the heart, the lungs, kidney and liver first when it comes to ailments. What we often forget is that every cell of the body, unexceptional every cell of the body depends on the gut providing energy from food. 

With this consultation, we will discover your body type, your dosha, and merge your habits into a daily routine for optimum health. If you come to me with a particular problem, we will in depth analyze your lifestyle to find the root cause. Besides herbal Ayurvedic treatment for your condition, you will walk away with a detailed diet plan leading you to a healthy and happier life.

Breathwork

Reboot your nervous system with truly learning how to breathe

Let go of your past

When a child is born, the lungs inflate with the first breath taken. With full lung capacity, babies breathe deep into the belly, using the diaphragm as a muscle to push the inner organs down and make space for as much oxygen as possible. When we get older, we often lose this ability. Stress tenses up the body and from the approximately six liters of lung capacity, the average adult is only able to use 30%. 

Scientifically proven, deep abdominal breathing encourages full oxygen exchange, regulates your heart rate, allows the body to take in more oxygen, balances your emotions, and ultimately signals the brain to slow down. Hormones and cortisol are balanced out, endorphins are set free. 

In those private Breathwork sessions we introduce deep belly breath and slowly guide you into a sate of emotional release, using the breath to control the whole process. Deep emotions might come up as they are stored in the body for sometimes decades. 

Feel free, light and joyful after those intense sessions. Be ready to go on a mental, physical, and emotional journey to fully enter your nervous system through the breath and rise in self-love to a more truthful and satisfying expression of who you really are.
